FREE SEAT Ramadhan buffet at Pick n' Brew

Hi All,
I would like to share my experienced during breaking fasting on the 3rd ramadhan. I was being selected for free buffet at Pick n' Brew glenmarie Shah Alam. The free buffet offer for is very limited. There are few seat available for you all to grab. This free seat available throughout Ramadhan. What you have to do is to call them and book for free seat. if you lucky enough, you will be called for free seat (maximum of 4 peoples). I like Pick n' Brew because of the coffee. They serve all sort of coffee. Their coffee comes from kenya, africa and southeast asian like indonesia. Enough with the coffee. I like to share here is the food that being served on that day. The food was fantastic. from meet, chicken, grill fish, fillet fish, pasta, ulam and many more. I believe that there are more 25 to 40 dishes being serve. The only things doesn't have on that day was dish based on prawn/shrimp. Part from that, everything else was good. The waiter and waitress was very welcoming and the environment was very nice. I really enjoy it. No doubt it is a good bargain even if i have to pay for RM38+ per person. Anyway, I just wanna share my experienced and hope this will be one of your destination for buffet this ramadhan.

A day without smoking
















Hi all,
while i'm stuck here at work on Friday night. which is the last place i wanna be on Friday night. I wanna share something what i got from Friday khutbah for today. Todays khutbah make me think what smoker think about smoking. The topic of the khutbah for today is to tell people that smoking is HARAM for muslim. The reason of being HARAM is because of the fact that smoking is waste of money and can bring harm to the smoker. I bet all human being in this world know this fact. But, i really need to know why people still smoking. Cigarette consists of almost 40 identified chemical items that can cause cancer. This is fact. Almost 10000 people in Malaysia died cause by cigarette.
Fact Sheet:
  • Smoking is the single largest preventable cause of premature death and disability.
  • Every year, 350,000 Americans die prematurely from diseases caused by cigarette smoking -- such as lung cancer, emphysema, and coronary heart disease.
  • Nicotine addiction is the "most widespread example of drug dependence in our country,"
  • Three-quarters of the adults who currently smoke started their habit before the age of 21; teenage years are critical ones in the habituation of cigarette smokers.
  • Nine out of ten smokers say they want to quit.
  • Smokers who have a heart attack have less chance for survival than a person who does not smoke. And by continuing to smoke after a heart attack, the person's chance for a second attack increases.
  • billion in lost productivity due to excess morbidity and mortality.
  • Smoking is a major risk factor for peripheral vascular disease. This disease is a narrowing of blood vessels that carry blood to the leg and arm muscles. If a blood clot blocks an already narrowed artery, then the result could be the damage or even the loss of an arm or leg.
There is no one good thing about cigarette. Why still need to smoking. Stop smoking before it too late.

Ah Long Poster?



Hey guys and maybe girls who read this,
I just wanna share something rather interesting fact. What the hell some of the agencies tried so hard to stop "Along" from advertise their advert at almost anywhere in this country. "Along" just paste all their adverts at almost anywhere while some agency or government body try "really hard" to remove them. Although they tried so hard to ripped it off, they still do a good job. well done. But, surprisingly i read newspaper and found that even in the newspaper also have their advert. I might be wrong weather they are really legal. but the advert do not look much different from the one the street. Just look at the picture taken by my I780 (not try to show off) but the phone have no good camera quality) sorry for bad picture. anyway, From my side, i don't see any different the advert.
